Application of Tungsten Disulfide in Bearing Lubrication

1. Thermochromism

3. Thermal Damage Caused by Overheating of Roller End

Roller, a component bearing load during the running of bearing, is also the weakest part in the bearing. Moreover, the component affects the service life of the bearing. Thermal damage refers to the failure of parts due to thermal load. When there is insufficient or poor lubrication, the roller end is prone to overheating, resulting in the thermal damage of bearing.

4. Lock of Bearing

In severe cases, the whole bearing may be locked due to the insufficient or poor lubrication, which influences the operation of mechanical equipment directly.

It maintains good lubricating performance under the working environment of high temperature and heavy load.
