Nano Tungsten Powder

Nano tungsten powder is widely applied in aerospace alloy, electronic capsulation alloy, electrode material, micro electronic thin film, sintering aids, protective coating, gas sensing electrode. It is also applied for producing high property tungsten products and nano tungsten wire. 

By using good property of nano tungsten wire, we can obtain super fine nano alloy and tungsten heavy alloy with good property, it has become indispensable functional material for many high technique field. Tungsten carbide produced by nano tungsten powder has high hardness, has become frontier products of tungsten material.

Application Field

1. It is widely used in tungsten heavy alloy, tungsten carbide drills, etc..

2.High activity nano tungsten powder can be used as additive for tungsten heavy alloy raw material (adding amount from 10% to 20%) and for tungsten wire and rod. It will lower sintering temperature and shorten the time, save cost and improve alloy property.

3.It can be used as raw material for nano tungsten carbide powder to produce nano tungsten carbide. Due to its special porous structure, it can be used for tungsten powder raw material for ceramic metal coating layer by W-Mn method.
