1. Size: Use vernier calipers to measure, accurate to 0.01mm.
2. Density: Drain method, calculated by formula d=m1ρ/m1-m2 (d-sample density, ρ-water density in the air, m1-sample weight in the air, m2-sample weight in the water).
3. Granularity: Measured by Fisher Particle Size Analyzer, the principle is that Steady flow permeability, which measure specific area and average granularity of powder under stable velocity and pressure of flow.
4. Hardness: It is different from Rockwell hardness tester of tungsten carbide, tungsten copper uses Brinell hardness tester for hardness testing.
5. Electric Conductivity: R=U/I,ρ=RA/L,G=1/ρ (R- Resistance, U- Voltage, I- Electric current, ρ- Resistivity, A- Cross-sectional area, L- Length, G-Electric Conductivity)
6. SEM: Observe appearance and structure of powder by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)
