China’s Xianglu Tungsten Released Long-term Contract Prices for the First Half of November 2022

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

China tungsten price was in the downward trend in the week ended on Friday, November 11, 2022.

The industry’ anxiety mainly came from the repeated epidemics in Henan, Hunan, Guangdong and other places during the week, which led to increased pressure on the production and operation of cemented carbide enterprises, and weakened market trading atmosphere.

However, the downturn since September has continuously squeezed the profit margins of tungsten primary products, the raw material market has gradually weakened the profit intention, and sought bottom-building opportunities.

China’s Xianglu Tungsten released its long-term contract prices for the first half of November: 55% black tungsten concentrate price was $15,661.8/ton; 55% scheelite concentrate price was $15,514.7/ton; APT price was $273.3/mtu.
