However, in this context, downstream users have a heavier fear of high prices. 

In the medium and heavy rare earths market, there is a strong wait-and-see atmosphere. Under the influence of factors such as difficult supply of raw materials, sound development of emerging markets, more favorable policy news, and the imminent customs clearance of Myanmar border ports, the mentality of traders is slightly more obvious. As a result, it is difficult to update product prices. Currently, the prices of terbium oxide and dysprosium oxide are deadlocked at around RMB 10,800/kg and RMB 2,950,000/ton respectively.
