Rare earth market quotation in China: the neodymium oxide, praseodymium neodymium oxide and praseodymium neodymium metal prices continue to rise in the first trading day in August affected by good trading atmosphere between buyers and sellers. The deals increase but most downstream buyers remain cautious sentiment. 

With the further strengthening of national purchasing and storage expectations, the sentiment of the downstream rare earth separation plants has increased, which has supported the confidence of the holders of firm quotations. Coupled with the impact of bad weather, the limited release of raw material production capacity has also given market confidence. In addition, the increased possibility of light rare earths being included in the national reserve is one of the reasons for the increase in the quotations of mainstream products.
